About the Role

The role requires performing and managing production support tasks, including incident, change, and problem management, as well as monitoring production processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for escalating complex incidents or problems to higher levels of support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating Systems: Install, configure, and troubleshoot various operating systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Programming Languages: Develop, test, and debug programs using multiple programming languages, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
