Responsibilities

  • Elicit and document business requirements for identified projects by engaging stakeholders and end-users.

  • Develop comprehensive system analysis assets, including:

    • Requirements documentation

    • User stories and acceptance criteria

    • As-is and to-be process models

    • Process flowcharts

    • Low-fidelity wireframes or prototypes

  • Analyze system requirements, change requests, business processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business units, IT, and product teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

  • Support project lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, and deployment through effective documentation and communication.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other Science/Technology-related fields. Open to Business or Management degree holders.

  • Experience: 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis or related roles.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of systems analysis and design methodologies, tools, and techniques.

    • Familiarity with agile practices and user experience (UX) design principles.

    • Proficiency in process modeling and creation of technical documentation.

    • Experience with data management and query techniques using Excel and SQL is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Effective facilitation and negotiation skills.

    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

    • Demonstrated ability to learn continuously and adapt to evolving environments.
