Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of IT Business Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that projects meet the needs of clients and stakeholders. This involves working closely with project managers to define and track scope, gathering and documenting requirements for IT systems, enhancements, and features.

Key responsibilities include evaluating existing business solutions, identifying requirements, and developing strategies to maximize opportunities. Additionally, this role involves facilitating and/or supporting meetings to elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders, reviewing documents as inputs to requirements gathering activities, and writing business requirements documents, business process documents, and requirement traceability matrices.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or its equivalent, as well as at least three years' experience in performing business analysis in software engineering or software testing. Proficiency in bug tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla is also necessary, as well as a good understanding of project lifecycle, documentation, standards, and methodologies.

Key qualifications include hands-on experience with business requirements, business process documents, and requirement traceability matrices, as well as experience in defining and documenting process workflows for system implementation and writing test plans, test cases, test execution, and test reporting.
