Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing financial data and preparing monthly and annual reports
  • Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Understanding and adhering to financial regulations and legislation
  • Preparing balance sheets and process invoices
  • Track organizational expenses and income, and forecast trends
  • Monitor budget, and report variances
  • Prepare tax documents and returns
  • Manage payroll activities and ensure employees are paid in a timely manner
  • Conduct financial audits and prepare audit findings report

Required skills & experience:

  • 1-2 years work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts, and using financial Excel functions)
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time-management and organization skills
  • Confidentiality, with a sharp eye for detail
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
