Finance and Administration Manager

Job Summary:
Q2 HR Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Administration Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client invoicing and receivables, managing debtors, and maintaining accurate financial records.
You will work closely with the Finance Manager to develop processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization. This includes creating instructions for all finance functions using Promapp, cleaning up financial debtor data, and taking the lead in debt collection procedures.
Your key duties will include reconciling balance sheet accounts quarterly, interpreting contracts and ensuring compliance with accounting policies, providing end-of-month financial reports, and filing and maintaining contract records.
To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in BAS, payroll tax, and statutory reporting. A degree in finance, accounting, or economics is preferred but not essential. You will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
