Primary Responsibilities
  • Creates crew routes and handles crew roster preparation, generation, and the on-time release to the flight crew members and preparation and submission of required reports.
  • Supports in the attainment and completion of the departmental responsibility providing complete and qualified crew members to all published flights of the company that are compliant to all CAAP related regulation and current policies enforced by the company.
  • Prepares and releases all relevant statistical information and necessary reports approved by the Director, Crew Planning for use of other divisions.
  • Optimizes the delivery of Supervised Line Flying to all pilots and maximizing the use of Training Resources.
  • Manages the crew roster from the tie it is published until it is handed over to Crew Control on the day before the day of operations.
  • Ensures that all flights to be operated during its scope of responsibility are completely and properly manned at all times.
  • Produces all required reports/documents within its scope prior to departure of flights.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Preferably with minimum of 2 years airline crew scheduling, planning, and controlling experience with 1 year in crew controlling or planning capacity.
