Design, develop, and maintain data architecture and infrastructure for large-scale systems at MinebeaMitsumi Cebu, supporting business decision-making.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing data collection and cleaning from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define data requirements, and maintain data quality standards
  • Conducting in-depth analysis using statistical methods and tools to extract meaningful insights
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and correlations within data to support decision-making processes
  • Creating reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Providing technical support to business systems and applications used in production and offices
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role in a manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also accepted
  • Advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R Programming) is a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
