Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or any related course

  • With MBA or related post-graduate degree

  • With 4-6 years of working experience in managerial capacity in the same field

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Strong analytical, composition, prioritizing, and people-management skills

  • Ability to make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, directs and controls activities of the Corporate Planning Department Establishes the conceptual framework within which to operationalize the mission and functions

  • Issues guidelines in the formulation of the Medium Term Strategic Plan (MTSP) and Operating Plan and Budget (OPB)

  • Prepares and implements company's Operating Plan and Budget (OPB)

  • Provides business and economic research as needed Identifies attainable goals or targets for each department and establishes criteria for evaluation Analyzes competitors and market prospects in order to identify and assess PSMBFI's threats and opportunities

  • Evaluates existing policies, guidelines and procedures to determine responsiveness to current operational conditions and recommends constructive measures to rectify any identified deficiency

  • Formulates plans and proposals with which to address shortfalls in the implementation of corporate policies

  • Provides logistical support to Top Management in evaluating project proposals of the different departments

  • Certifies accuracy of the Annual Report and Monthly President's Report

  • Plans and directs company's special projects

  • Performs other related functions as directed by superior
