Overview

Define and execute sales strategy for the electric bus business to achieve revenue and market share targets. Monitor market trends, policies, and competitor activities to drive business growth. Represent the company in industry forums and government relations related to e-mobility. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in commercial vehicles / EV / bus industry.
  • Strong understanding of government tenders, fleet sales, and public transport ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-growing EV market.
