Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Growth Officer to lead and oversee all revenue-generating functions of the business, including sales, marketing, and account management.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for setting and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth, expand market share, and drive client acquisition and retention. You'll lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial activities with the company's long-term objectives while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities
  • The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for driving the company's overall growth agenda, ensuring that sales, marketing, and client engagement strategies work seamlessly together to deliver sustainable revenue.
  • Lead efforts to win new business while strengthening existing client relationships, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities, and implementing reliable forecasting processes to guide executive decisions.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the sales organization — setting strategy, developing talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Oversee account management initiatives aimed at improving retention, uncovering upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring that clients experience a smooth and cohesive journey across sales, account management, and service delivery.
  • Partner with marketing to design and execute campaigns that elevate brand presence, generate demand, and fuel lead generation; oversee digital initiatives, content development, PR, and market-facing campaigns to support commercial priorities.
  • Own growth-related forecasting and reporting, set budgets with finance, track performance, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies; monitor ROI across sales and marketing activities.
  • Identify new segments, geographies, or solutions and scale processes to support expansion, keeping the organization ahead of market shifts and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in revenue generation, sales, and marketing.
  • BPO/Outsourcing Industry expertise.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, new client acquisition, and account expansion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.
  • Expertise in sales, account management, and marketing strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time, senior executive role.
  • On-site work setup, with flexibility depending on business needs.
  • Travel may be required.
