As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the operational cornerstone for your portfolio of accounts, ensuring seamless campaign execution, exceptional deliverable quality, and transparent performance visibility. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Accounts, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Campaign Managers, Researchers, SDRs, and our AI operations team to drive project momentum, eliminate execution barriers, and deliver polished client-facing outputs.
This role balances strategic oversight with tactical execution. While not primarily client-facing, you'll create materials that directly impact client perception, manage asynchronous client communications, and participate in strategic meetings to provide campaign updates and performance context.
Core Responsibilities- Monitor, analyze, and optimize multi-channel LinkedIn and email campaigns using HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proprietary automation tools
- Collaborate on comprehensive go-to-market strategy development, campaign architecture, and outreach sequencing
- Develop and refine high-converting outreach messaging including connection requests, multi-touch follow-up sequences, and email cadences
- Lead campaign brief development, ideal customer profile refinement, and lead list validation processes
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign performance
- Design and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for client review
- Develop compelling, brand-aligned copy that resonates with client objectives and maintains consistent voice across all touchpoints
- Manage automated and manual client communication workflows including meeting booking updates, campaign milestones, and performance highlights
- Create executive-level presentations and campaign retrospectives for quarterly business reviews
- Maintain comprehensive contact tagging, activity logging, and lead progression tracking within CRM systems
- Manage appointment coordination including no-show follow-up, reschedule processing, and confirmation workflows
- Execute systematic re-engagement campaigns for prospects expressing future interest or delayed buying timelines
- Ensure data integrity across all client touchpoints and maintain GDPR/compliance standards
- Generate comprehensive daily end-of-day reports featuring key metrics, execution blockers, campaign highlights, and strategic recommendations
- Maintain real-time client and campaign performance dashboards using Coda and integrated analytics platforms
- Partner with AI operations team on automated monthly and weekly client reporting processes
- Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations
- Facilitate daily coordination with SDRs, Researchers, Campaign Managers, and AI specialists through Slack and project management platforms
- Ensure alignment on lead sourcing requirements, campaign preparation timelines, and automation deployment status
- Interface with research team for targeting refinements, list updates, and market intelligence gathering
- Support onboarding of new team members and knowledge transfer for campaign handoffs
Core Competencies
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B outbound copywriting with proven conversion rate improvements
- Exceptional English writing and editing capabilities with strong understanding of tone, voice, and brand consistency
- Hands-on experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B companies
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach automation platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics and recommending data-driven optimizations
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Thives in fast-paced, multi-client environments while maintaining quality standards
- Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to anticipate and address potential execution challenges
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with technical teams
- Experience with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and multi-touch campaign orchestration
- 2-4 years experience in account management, campaign operations, or growth marketing roles
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Background in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries
- Understanding of modern sales development and demand generation methodologies
