About the team:

The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently combining creative with data analytics, managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth. They continually build & execute a 360 marketing plan for both marketplace brands and direct-to-consumer brands.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong background in influencer strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale influencer campaigns, managing partnerships with top-tier creators, and driving impactful collaborations across social media platforms. Leading a high-performing team, you will ensure campaigns align with brand objectives, optimize processes, and analyze performance to refine strategies. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, creative, and highly organized, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

What you will do:

  1. Align influencer marketing strategy with overall company goals.
  2. Manage budget to ensure cost-effective, high-ROI campaigns.
  3. Oversee daily team operations, delegating tasks for high performance.
  4. Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and adopt tools for efficiency.

Manage Influencer Campaigns

  1. Lead the execution of large-scale influencer campaigns and the development of clear, actionable campaign briefs for the team and influencers, aligned with brand goals.
  2. Identify influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms to align with campaign objectives. Oversee TikTok Shop creator/affiliate campaigns.
  3. Generate innovative ideas for social media content to drive engagement.
  4. Coordinate with BM and brand campaign teams to align on priority (products and key messages) and ensure seamless campaign integration for paid influencer collaborations and for TikTok Shop affiliate program.
  5. Ensure creative outputs meet brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
  6. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with top-tier influencers, talent agencies, and media partners.
  7. Manage payments of influencers in collaboration with the accounting team.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  1. Analyze campaign performance metrics and create insightful reports for the team.
  2. Extract actionable insights to optimize strategies and present key outcomes and recommendations to top management.

General Social Media Interest

  1. Stay updated on social media trends and recommend strategies.
  2. Identify and explore potential in emerging platforms or niche communities to expand reach.
  3. Oversee communication strategies across social media channels.

Who you are:

  1. You have at least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment (agency, brand, or startup).
  2. Proven success in leading influencer campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  3. Experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
  4. Experience in affiliate marketing would be a plus.
  5. You are curious and creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and social media knowledge.
  6. Ability to drive multiple projects with measurable results.
