We're on the hunt for a talented Google & SEO Specialist to join our team and take ownership of all things organic and paid traffic. If you're a strategic thinker who thrives on results and knows your way around Shopify and Google Ads, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Implementation
  • Drive organic traffic growth through smart, well-executed SEO strategies.
  • Own on-page and technical SEO: metadata, speed optimization, site architecture—you name it.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize content for better search rankings.
  • Track, analyze, and improve performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Google Ads Management
  • Own and lead all Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, Remarketing).
  • Align ad strategies with broader marketing and revenue goals.
  • Build out high-performing campaigns with sharp copy, strong segmentation, and responsive assets.
  • Manage manual bidding, budget pacing, and campaign scaling for ROI-driven growth.
  • Run continuous A/B tests and performance optimizations.
  • Provide high-level reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience implementing SEO with measurable results.
  • Expert-level knowledge of both SEO and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with Shopify is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and Remarketing.
  • Confidence using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advanced conversion tracking setups.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and deliver results in a part-time, remote role.
