PLEASE NOTE: This is an indefinite independent contracting position.

Position Summary

The Marketplace Operations Specialist focuses on tracking, optimizing, and managing product listings on Target+ during their initial launch phase. As the Target+ expert, you will ensure each product listing is fully optimized for visibility and sales, follow all product launch tactics, track initial sales and performance metrics. Additionally, you will provide guidance on pricing, promotions, paid advertising, and listing optimization adjustments during the launch phase.

Responsibilities Content Management:

• Monitor and manage listings to ensure listing health issues are surfaced and addressed effectively.
• Work with Target to understand the root causes of listing health issues and ensure products are relisted efficiently.
• Collaborate with Creative and SEO teams to acquire approved creative content, including Listing Photos, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stories, Video Content, and Storefronts.
• Troubleshoot issues encountered when publishing creative content and communicate effectively among involved parties.
• Manage timelines for seasonal content.

Catalog Management

• Oversee the management of the product catalog on these marketplaces.
• Work with Channel Manager to update product attributes, categories, and create variations.
• Ensure all product information is accurate and current, with correct categorization for optimal search and browsing.
• Create product variations to enhance the shopping experience.

Listing Troubleshooting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing.
• Handle listing issues, including suppressed listings and content errors.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines, optimizing for visibility and mitigating risks.

Project Management

• Use Monday.com to prioritize tasks and update progress.

Account Audit

• Perform regular audits to ensure listings are active and accurate, monitor account health, and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or Target+.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Monday.com is preferred.
• Experience with Channel Advisor/Rithum is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel.

ANTICIPATED HIRING RANGE: ₱687,360.10 - ₱859,200.13 PHP annually.
