Role Position: Data Entry Specialist (Marketing Department)Location: Remote — Open to Candidates in the Philippines, India, and PakistanSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (PDT / U.S. Pacific Time) About the Role: We’re looking for a remote Data Entry Specialist who’s extremely organized, focused, and consistent. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys detailed, process-driven work and takes pride in accuracy. You’ll play a key part in helping our marketing team stay efficient by managing negative keyword data, organizing leads, and keeping campaign information clean and up to date. You’ll also assist in listening to recorded calls, notating details, and updating lead tracking sheets so our team has clear, accurate information. What You’ll Do Review Google Ads search terms and add negative keywords daily Listen to recorded calls and document important details on each lead Update and maintain lead detail sheets with notes, tags, and outcomes Help manage Local Services Ads (LSA) dashboards — moving leads between stages and updating notes Ensure all data in our systems (spreadsheets, CRMs, etc.) is organized and accurate Work closely with campaign managers to flag bad leads, spam calls, or trends Support internal reporting by cleaning up data for performance reviews What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed Ability to stay focused on repetitive, data-driven tasks Comfortable listening to and reviewing recorded phone calls Basic understanding of Google Sheets or Excel Great communication and note-taking skills Positive attitude and willingness to help the team stay organized While this is a data entry–focused position, there’s room for growth as we expand. Top performers can move into advanced reporting, operations, or campaign management roles. You’ll be helping us build systems that make the company more efficient — your work will have a direct impact on how we scale.
