JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Graduate of any Technical or IT-related courses (such as BS Computer Engineering, Electronic and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Computer Technology, Computer Science and Information Technology)
  • At least 1 year work experience in a similar field in a BPO setting
  • Strong knowledge in application and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge in development with focus in programming
  • Experience with software engineering practices and concepts, including software design, coding, testing and debugging
  • Knowledge of system and performance monitoring tools and techniques
  • Knowledge in SQL, ASP.NET framework, SaaS support and database technologies
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional points if with background in AI Programming (not required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide first and second-line support to our customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our software applications.
  • Collaborate with the Applications Development team to analyze and resolve complex software issues and implement new features and functionality.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems.
  • Manage the ticketed query system and ensure a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
  • Provide assistance on scheduled system integrations.
  • Create and maintain user accounts, security settings, and permissions for software applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of procedures, policies and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Deliver regular and customized training to various teams within the business regarding software functionality and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the current industry trends and developments in application support and software engineering by attending seminars/trainings/certification courses.
  • Ensure the timely and effective delivery of technical and network services and support to the IT Group in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined with all internal and external customers.
  • Exert all efforts, exhausting various possibilities to provide internal and external clients the service they require within the agreed guidelines and standards.

  • Coordinate the delivery of required services or solutions by a team of Technical Specialists or Administrators.
  • Coordinate closely with other division/department heads to ensure efficient and effective implementation of all administrative and technical services.
  • Coordinate with superiors and colleagues regarding daily applications support group activities (both routine and non-routine) for proper endorsement and completion of tasks and work orders.
  • Coordinate with Vendor and Service provider for purchase and after-sales consultation on software or applications.
  • Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Update issue trackers and escalation matrices and gather pertinent data.
  • Prepare, correspond, and generate reports for internal and/or external clients in a timely manner.
  • Speak of ideas clearly and articulately in all presentations and situations, may it be for internal or external clients; ensure that the point or idea is well expressed and understood.
  • Correspond with and generate reports for the group with all regard for style and language.
  • Develop and establish S.M.A.R.T goals, objectives, and specific procedures, partnering with immediate superior and other leaders.
  • Manage priorities by providing clear objectives and milestones required to achieve them.
  • Promote a healthy sense of urgency in achieving objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and ensure that target metrics, assignments, and productivity are met.
  • Share technical knowledge with colleagues, especially new team members, to achieve expected outcomes and help in fostering teamwork and learning.
  • Entrust tasks or responsibilities that leverage individual strengths.
  • Contribute to identifying developmental needs and training needs of the team by keeping the team exposed to and well trained with the end-to-end process.
  • Provide feedback or counsel colleagues/teammates on certain performance areas as needed.
