About The Role

As a Facilities and Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for handling facility repairs and maintenance to support the Bank's operations at optimal cost, ensuring quality and performance.

How you'll contribute

  • Communicate facilities, installation, repair, and maintenance schedules with stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers.
  • Monitor and assign facility repair and maintenance requests via eSource and other communication channels to meet service level agreements.
  • Manage the work schedule of technical services to ensure timely completion of requests.
  • Coordinate with the construction team for electrical, mechanical, alarm, and CCTV equipment installation for new and transferring branches.
  • Facilitate construction requirements for ATM installations at onsite and offsite locations.
  • Implement vendor management through vendor accreditation, evaluations, contract preparations, and renewals, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Prepare scope of work and terms of reference for service and repair/maintenance contractors, balancing cost, quality, and performance within service agreements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3-4 years of related experience or as a Pollution Control Officer.
  • Strong understanding of Architectural and Engineering designs.
  • Effective organizational skills for managing people, time, scope, and budget.
  • Experience in vendor negotiation, vendor management, and project management.
  • Willingness to do fieldwork, including branch visits.
  • Residing and based in Davao.
