
Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for executing the customer marketing strategy for our brands in the On-Trade, Off-Trade, Ecomm, and D2C channels.
Develop the Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) and budget process for all channels, focusing on key BMCs.
Ensure that all members of the commercial organization and distributor teams understand the key jobs to be done and are aligned with marketing initiatives, pricing strategies (retail, wholesale, VC), consumer promotions, and point of sales to deliver the yearly budget commitments.
Coordinate the implementation of marketing activity programs with commercial and distributor teams.
Ensure channel activation plans are integrated into sales, customer plans, and field priorities, and remain relevant to target consumers.
Lead brand experiential and partnership initiatives with on-trade and D2C customers, aligned with brand strategy.
Conceptualize channel activation plans to bring brand strategies to life, ensuring excellent execution to maximize engagement and conversion, including distribution strategies.
Manage Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and Gift with Purchase (GWP), ensuring quality and consistency with global standards.
Conduct competitor and market intelligence evaluations and analyses, utilizing tools like retail audits, brand tracking, and depletion reports for activation evaluation.
Perform regular field assessments of activations, communicate findings, and recommend future improvements.
Align A&P and GTN expenses with budgets and track performance through KPIs.
Drive customer/consumer education initiatives to promote the portfolio, ensuring adherence to drink strategy.
Commit to self-development, adhering to company values and codes of conduct.
Skills
- Experience in managing customer and third-party agency relationships.
- Ability to lead and evaluate brand strategies and marketing programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 8-10+ years in consumer goods marketing, preferably with successful product leadership.
- Experience in On-Trade & Off-Trade channels is advantageous.
- Strong execution with a focus on measurement and evaluation.
- Influencing, motivating, and negotiation skills.
- Budget management and P&L analysis capabilities.
- Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry and liquor regulations is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple channels and extract consumer insights.
