MIS Officer - Consumer Lending at

What the role will entail
  • Generate, validate, and distribute reports accurately and timely.
  • Provide reports for strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in automation initiatives of existing SAS programs for efficiency and error reduction.
  • Troubleshoot SAS program errors and recommend MIS updates for report consistency and efficiency.
  • Maintain customer-centric culture and relay feedback to management on issues including customer needs, complaints, fraudulent transactions, and suspicious accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations of the Bank, BSP, and other external regulatory bodies.
  • Implement audit and quality control measures.
What we\'re looking for
  • Graduate of any Statistical/Business-related course
  • Strong analytical and MIS skills
  • Working knowledge of Basic Banking Practices, Policies and Relevant Regulatory Concerns
  • Proficient MS Office knowledge
  • Familiarity with Accounting and Financial Principles and Fraud Detection
