Data Privacy Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will act as the central liaison point for the business to provide all necessary information to ensure completeness and consistency of approach globally. This includes assisting areas of the business that are new to the process.

To support the business in integrating Compliance-by-Design into our practices, the RX Global Privacy Office has developed the Compliance Shared Service Centre to assist with compliance, procurement, and legal processes related to vendor onboarding and internal tool/service development.

Accountabilities:

  1. Manage the global inbox of external privacy enquiries, ensuring quick and accurate categorization by jurisdiction and rights exercised.
  2. Liaise with the relevant BU SPOC to gather information as per requests, using policies, toolkits, and templates provided by the Privacy Office.
  3. Draft responses/disclosure bundles, including exemption recommendations, for approval by the BU SPOC and the Privacy Office.
  4. Maintain accurate case notes on actions, contacts, and exemptions, including justifications.
  5. Respond to requests within set timescales (typically 28 calendar days).
  6. Follow escalation processes if SLAs are not met.
  7. Provide monthly MI reports on compliance, broken down by BU.
  8. Raise concerns or issues for immediate attention of the Privacy Office.
  9. Assist in relevant audit reporting processes.
  10. Implement updates, design flow, and system enhancements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Open to fresh graduates with excellent communication skills.
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in Customer Service functions within Technical, Financial, Insurance sectors, or similar.
  • Fluent in English, confident in expression.
