Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept validation to ongoing market performance and optimization.
  • Lead the execution of development, launch, and sustaining activities for assigned products.
  • Drive the strategic and tactical execution of new product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying new opportunities and and assessing potential challenges related to product introductions.
  • Own assigned project management tasks and contribute to strategic planning initiatives, ensuring priorities are met and deadlines achieved.
  • Create compelling product presentations and documentation.
  • Actively collaborate with team members to foster a productive and innovative product planning environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business, or a related course).
  • 3-4 years of experience in product management, sales & marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Highly analytical, logical, and creative.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Must be able to safely and confidently drive a 4-wheel vehicle.
  • Preferably with experience in the Automotive industry and a foundational understanding of successful product launches.
