Project Planner – MicroSourcing Join MicroSourcing as a Project Planner and support both internal and external projects by developing, maintaining, and reporting on detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) . Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in OPC. Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to collect progress updates and adjust schedules. Monitor and report on progress, performance, and productivity across multiple projects. Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses to support decision‑making. Support Earned Value Management (EVM), variance analysis, and forecasting. Prepare reports and dashboards for internal management and external clients. Identify schedule risks and recommend recovery or mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate baselines, schedule revisions, and as‑built records. Qualifications – Non‑negotiables Experience in project planning and controls within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects. Proficiency in OPC preferred; Primavera P6 experience as a minimum. Strong understanding of planning methodologies, resource management, and progress measurement. Demonstrated experience with critical path analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other analytics/reporting tools. Knowledge of rebar, structural steel, or construction supply chain planning desirable. Excellent communication skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels. Note: Experience in Civil & Infrastructure, Commercial Construction, Energy & Utilities, or Transport & Rail is advantageous but not essential. Relevant experience in any single sector is highly valued.
