Job Overview We are looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Officer to handle and assist in the daily execution of warehouse operations, focusing on fulfillment and inventory management for e-commerce and traditional retail orders. This role is critical in ensuring proper e-commerce fulfillment and distribution to grocery stores, retailers, and direct consumers. Responsibilities Fulfillment Oversight: Manage the entire order fulfillment process to ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling both e-commerce and offline orders. Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels, implement robust inventory management systems, and ensure the accuracy of stock data through regular audits and reporting. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for warehouse operations that align with the company’s growth objectives. Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency. Address any issues related to supply chain logistics. Process Improvement: Continually assess operational procedures and implement improvements to reduce costs, shorten delivery times, and improve service quality. Reporting and Analytics: Generate detailed reports on operational performance, inventory levels, and fulfillment accuracy for strategic review and decision‑making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record in managing e-commerce and retail fulfillment operations. Excellent organizational, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in warehouse management systems and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
