Responsibilities Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate and efficient management of inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution of food products. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Work closely with the sales and production teams to manage order priorities and deadlines. Logistics and Distribution: Manage logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and receiving activities. Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and manage relationships with third-party logistics partners. Optimize routing and scheduling to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs. Staff Management: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about warehouse processes and safety procedures. Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP). Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to address any issues. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Utilize data and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Location: Las Piñas City, Manila Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 6:30pm Salary: Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and food safety standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste and ensure accurate stock levels. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
