• Act as the representative between the company and government agencies such as the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment), LGU, and others.
• Draft, review, and prepare necessary forms, affidavits, and other legal documents for submission to government offices.
• File and secure permits, licenses, and other government approvals on behalf of the company.
• Ensure that the company complies with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Represent the company in meetings or discussions with government officials, as permitted.
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in government offices to facilitate smoother processing of documents.
• Overall responsible in processing and filing of legal documents such as permits, clearances or licenses to different private or public entities.
• Graduate of a Bachelor's/ College degree in Legal Management, Political Science /Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• BAR passer preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must be willing to do field works.
• Amenable to work in Las Pinas.
