Job Description

Good Etas by SSI, a subsidiary of Rustan's Group of Companies is currently looking for Food Service Crew to be assigned to Venchi Philippines.

A Food Service Crew works as a part of a team to ensure all gelato meets Venchi standards and is consistently delicious. The Sales Associate is an integral part of the shop team and will be expected to carry out Sales Associate duties when appropriate and according to business needs.

K ey Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the standard of gelato in the shop.
• Provide Venchi Gelato with the required quality, freshness and presentation.
• Maintain gelato equipment to Health and Safety standards.
• Prepare, display and sell gelato according to Venchi standards.
• Review ingredient quality; discard non-compliant ingredients per Venchi guidelines.
• Evaluate gelato taste, colour, and consistency; discard non-conforming product and report issues to line manager.
• Test, clean, order parts when needed and maintain gelato equipment; report issues to Store Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
