Position Overview

We are seeking a Production & Operations Assistant to support our catering team with administrative and operational tasks. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes of event production and catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for the operations and production team.
  • Manage and place orders for rentals, linens, and event-related supplies.
  • Prepare and update documents, checklists, and schedules.
  • Support team communication and coordination across events.
  • Create and edit simple designs in Canva (templates, signage, etc.).
  • Track hours worked using Time Doctor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva (basic design skills a plus).
  • Previous exposure to the food and beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable working CST hours (U.S. Central Standard Time).
