Responsibilities Team Leader GBS P2P (AP)
  • Process
    • Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
    • First contact for issues escalation within P2P process (AP)
    • Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
    • Performing P2P (AP) controls
    • Advising other team members in terms of P2P(AP) process matters
    • Introduce Improvements within P2P process (AP)
    • Coordination
  • Coordinate completion of P2P (AP) processes
  • Delegate tasks
  • Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations
  • Managing HR Matters
  • Communicate deadlines
  • Monitor the team performance
  • Resolve or escalate any process issues
  • Attend and lead team meetings
  • Prepare reports
  • Build relationships with the countries during day to day operations
  • Communication: point of contact to the affiliates management
  • Report to FSSC manager
  • Provide guidance to the team based on management decisions
  • Motivation: Motivate team members
  • Listen to team member feedback and resolve or escalate any issues
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
  • Create a positive team environment
  • AOB - Any other business related to P2P (AP) process
