Overview

We’re seeking a Creative Designer & Social Media Manager who can craft impactful digital experiences and build our brand’s voice across platforms. This onsite role merges UI/UX expertise with social media strategy, ensuring Game’s identity is consistent, engaging, and future-ready.

Key Skills
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
  • Social Media Strategy: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube growth & engagement
  • Tools & Analytics: Later, Buffer, Meta Suite (or similar scheduling/analytics tools)
  • Community Building: Trend spotting, storytelling, and follower engagement
Core Responsibilities
  • Design & User Experience: Create homepage and subpage mockups that balance usability and creativity
  • Define and maintain visual style guides to ensure consistency across platforms
  • Design social media templates, reels, and story formats to amplify brand storytelling
  • Partner with developers for pixel-perfect execution of designs
  • Social Media & Engagement: Launch, optimize, and manage social media accounts (bios, branding, links, highlights)
  • Develop and execute a weekly content calendar (2–3 posts, reels, and stories)
  • Drive community engagement by responding to followers and joining key trends
  • Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and adjust strategy for better performance
  • Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to deliver integrated campaigns
