Ensure accuracy of customer orders, coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery, track order progress, and maintain sales reports. Build and maintain customer relationships, monitor feedback, and ensure clear, professional communication. Prepare regular sales reports, maintain customer records, and analyze sales data for growth opportunities. Coordinate sales operations, schedule meetings and follow-ups, and assist in organizing sales events. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability. Support marketing campaigns, maintain social media presence, and assist in creating promotional content. Assist in onboarding new team members, stay updated on industry trends, and provide insights to the sales team. Manage invoicing, billing, schedules, and file organization; assist in preparing contracts and sales-related documentation. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Engineering/Administration/Management, or equivalent. At least 1‑2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Strong communication skills, problem‑solving skills, and sales knowledge.
