Responsibilities- Selling and Strategic Planning from conceptualization to turnover of Costa Del Hamilo Residential Projects and Highlands Prime.
- Enhancement Projects in Pico de Loro and Tagaytay Highlands including Amenities, Facilities, Infrastructures, etc.
- Lead the identification and assessment of potential projects, conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments to determine viability and ROI.
- Develop comprehensive project development strategies aligned with the organization\'s objectives, considering financial, technical, regulatory, and environmental factors.
- Oversee the creation of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and fundraising efforts to secure financing for the project.
- Identify suitable project sites and negotiate land acquisition or lease agreements.
- Implement effective project monitoring systems, track progress, and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Graduate of Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience from 5 to 7 years in project development and management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Preferably with exposure in Vertical and Horizontal projects.
- Experience in Beachfront Development is an advantage
- Strong understanding of project development processes, including feasibility studies, financial analysis, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
