Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management; experience in a gaming, IT, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement systems.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be willing to work fully on-site in BGC, Taguig

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, both domestically and internationally, to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and terms of agreement
  • Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and track the status of orders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Analyze inventory needs and work towards minimizing excess stock while meeting demand
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain comprehensive records of purchase, pricing, and supplier information
  • Prepare reports and present findings to the management team
  • Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications. Coordinate with quality control teams to address any issues or concern with purchased goods.
