Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Supervisor to manage the full spectrum of payroll processing for our company. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end payroll experience and at least 3 years of team management experience . This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll, with a focus on compliance and meeting deadlines. Experience in supporting international clients is highly preferred.
Responsibilities- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Oversee and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- International Payroll Support: Manage payroll for international clients, ensuring familiarity with global payroll practices, including taxation and statutory benefits across multiple countries.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead and manage a team of payroll specialists (minimum 3 years of team management experience required). Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to ensure the team's efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Payroll Data Management: Supervise payroll data input, review, and reconciliation processes to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate payroll disbursement.
- Reporting and Compliance: Generate regular reports on payroll expenditures, taxes, and other key metrics. Ensure timely filing and adherence to payroll-related compliance and regulatory deadlines.
- Employee Inquiries: Serve as the point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Collaboration with HR and Finance: Work closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll processing and reporting, including benefits, deductions, and bonuses.
- Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for operational improvements within the payroll department, introducing best practices to increase efficiency and mitigate errors.
- Experience: At least 5 years of payroll processing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a team management role . Proven end-to-end payroll experience is required.
- International Payroll Knowledge: Experience supporting payroll for international clients, with a solid understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in payroll software, MS Excel, and other payroll tools. Ability to analyze payroll data and generate accurate reports.
- Leadership & Management: At least 3 years of experience managing a team , including training, mentoring, and ensuring high levels of accuracy and productivity in payroll operations.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally and effectively.
