AP Specialist page is loaded## AP Specialistremote type: Hybridlocations: Manilatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R3591Permanent RegularJob Description:Responsible for managing a company's outgoing payments/ merchant reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor and merchant relationships.**Processing of Reimbursement:*** Daily upload and posting of Accounts Payable transactions.* ·Processing of affiliates reimbursements in Navision after duly validation of the Payment Advice and related supporting documents.* Daily printing of Official Receipts for the marketing fee charged to the Affiliates.* Advise Treasury of the required funding.* Payment thru IDS (Integrated Disbursement System) of payables to Affiliates.* Prepare checks for payments to affiliates not enrolled under direct deposit to BDO (IDS).* Segregate copies of payment advice together with check and official receipts to be forwarded to Logistics for delivery.* Send the PDF copy of Payment Advice and OR SM and non-SM group* Accurate and timely preparation of the following reports: i. Monthly Summary Vouchers Payable Report for HFM reporting. ii. Monthly reimbursement reconciliation report iii. Weekly AP Ageing List* Reconciliation and payment of withholding taxes to Merchants* Handles Affiliates inquiry regarding payments.**Processing Operating Expenses:*** Accurate & timely processing of Operations Payment in Navision* + - Purchase from suppliers / contractors / service providers - Utilities - Cash advances - Quit Claims - Petty cash - Employee’s additional benefits (allowances)* Payment thru IDS (Integrated Disbursement System) to operations payments.**Others:*** Act as the primary or secondary back up to few tasks of the Treasury Officer.* Attend to other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
