We are looking for a
Senior AP Specialist
who will be part of the Manila AP Team within the Finance Shared Service Centre, the primary purpose is to ensure the prompt and accurate processing of payables documents and to make timely and accurate payments to payees in compliance with agreed payment terms.

What will you do as a Senior AP Specialist?
As a Senior AP Specialist, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments within the Finance Shared Services Centre. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing high-volume invoice processing (approx. 10,000/month) and ensuring payments align with agreed terms.
• Resolving vendor disputes and queries to maintain supply continuity.
• Updating AP reports and prioritizing payments for key vendors.
• Supporting AP training for team members, contingent workers, and buyers.
• Assisting with system testing, improvements, and AP-related projects.
• Reconciling vendor statements and aged creditor reports.
• Handling queries via Flextrap and Zendesk.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

• Have 2 to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience, including processing high volumes of invoices and mailbox management.
• Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and SAP system.
• Attention to detail & accuracy in identifying discrepancies and resolving them.
• Strong communication skills and experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as procurement team and finance.
