Channel Champion Primary knowledge center of the channel within the team Engages in research and studies to continuously improve shopper understanding within the channel Regularly reviews channel performance by area using internal and external data and recommends interventions to address opportunities Maintains the collective view of the categories within the channel to drive the achievement of company channel sales metrics Strategy and Program Creation Gatekeeps category activities within the channel by working with category strategy and field sales Approves programs initiated by field sales to ensure alignment with company priorities Leads the team in consolidating all category initiatives (HO and field), setting execution plans by month and by quarter Owns company channel SMAC development and leads cascading plans to the Channel Execution Team Develops and cascades Perfect Store Standards for the Channel Financial Management Performs cost analysis for channel programs and initiatives Manages/approves budgets for business development / revenue generating programs What are the Qualifications?
