Content Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies for email marketing that align with overall business goals and target audience interests. Audience Segmentation: Craft personalized email content tailored to different customer segments, improving engagement and conversion rates. A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and design elements to optimize email performance. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer feedback to refine future content. Collaboration: Work with designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive email designs and messaging. Copy Editing & Proofreading: Review and proofread email content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand tone. Stay Current: Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve email campaign effectiveness. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role. Has experience with Dashclicks Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging copy. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools. Experience with A/B testing, email analytics, and optimizing email campaigns for better performance. Strong attention to detail, with excellent proofreading and editing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and project goals. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for email formatting (optional but preferred). Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to email marketing (optional but preferred). A passion for storytelling and delivering value through creative content.
