Position Title: Content Writer Work Set Up: On-site Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga Quick Rundown: This role supports the creative team by producing written content that complements visual storytelling in video editing and photography. The writer/researcher helps shape brand messaging, educates audiences, and enhances marketing efforts through well‑researched, engaging copy. What You’ll Do: Develop high-quality written content for diverse purposes, including blog posts, articles, marketing materials, and more Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains consistency, and effectively communicates key messages Manage and administer social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership Plan and curate content specifically tailored for social media platforms, ensuring it is engaging, shareable, and aligned with the overall brand strategy Implement and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent online presence Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels in a timely and professional manner Cultivate and nurture a positive online community around our brand Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, design, and public relations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to content creation and social media management Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights for content development What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Literature, Journalism, or a related field Proven experience in content creation and social media management Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail Familiarity with social media trends, platforms, and best practices Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using social media management tools Why You’ll Love Joining the CO Fam At Clark Outsourcing , we’re redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
