Job Summary
We are looking for project-based professionals with a strong background in bank reconciliation to support the clean-up and reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) accounts. The role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual capable of identifying discrepancies, investigating reconciling items, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

We are looking for project-based professionals with a strong background in bank reconciliation to support the clean-up and reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) accounts. The role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual capable of identifying discrepancies, investigating reconciling items, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Perform bank reconciliations for various accounts to support the GL clean-up project
Analyze discrepancies between bank statements and GL records, and prepare necessary adjusting entries
Investigate and resolve outstanding or aged reconciling items
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation or clarification
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation in line with accounting standards and internal policies
Assist in preparing reports on reconciliation status and findings
Support the finance team in other clean-up activities as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Undergraduates are welcome to apply
At least 2 years of experience in bank reconciliation and general accounting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Experience In GL Account Reconciliation And Clean-up Is Preferred
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
