Generate and submit timely transaction reports to merchants in accordance with agreed schedules and requirements. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions between internal systems, banks, payment channels, and merchant accounts. Investigate, analyze, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, including settlement variances, unmatched transactions, and chargeback adjustments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify root causes of reconciliation issues and implement corrective actions. Provide concrete and accurate discrepancy reports. Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to increase reconciliation efficiency and reduce operational risks. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of reconciliation processes, variance resolutions, and control measures for audit and regulatory compliance. Prepare and review settlement instructions to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds to merchants. Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance/Banking, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Experience At least 2 years of experience in reconciliation, financial operations, or accounting, preferably within fintech, banking, or payments. In-depth knowledge and understanding of payment products & services. Disputes handling and reporting.
