  • Ensure estimates adhere to Australian construction practices, codes, and industry standards where relevant.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field preferred; relevant experience may be substituted.
  • Experience in plumbing or HVAC project estimation; Australian project experience is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to read architectural/engineering drawings and plans.
  • Proficiency with estimation tools (e.g., Simpro, Bluebeam, QuickPen, Trimble MEP, Groundplan, EstimateOne).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; comfortable with remote/work-from-home setups.
  • Flexibility to work with clients in Australia and meet submission deadlines.
