Wellness and Resiliency Manager As a Wellness and Resiliency Manager, think of yourself as a Chief Counselor for ensuring and driving Health Wellness for our Team Members to prevent stress from interfering with their professional success and personal health. You will be tasked to make and carry out realistic plans to help individuals play to their strengths and focus on achievable goals while championing initiatives in keeping TaskUs employees happy Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: Your imperative is to manage the immediate work environment and promote protective factors to address demands and stressors that might affect individual or group performance. You will lead initiatives that deliver coping skills, communication skills, and career guidance – to help teammates maintain their focus when overcoming challenges. You are responsible for initiating an environment for a positive sense of self and building confidence for employees – to stave off feelings of helplessness when confronted with adversity. Key Responsibilities Under the guidance of the Senior Manager or Director, oversees end‑to‑end Wellness and Resiliency function of new or smaller (in FTE), managing a team of life coaches and vendor clinicians Ensures 24/7 coverage of the site/s and that coaches and clinicians are available and scheduling sessions with teammates Leads the team by fulfilling assigned leadership and management tasks – coach observations, progress monitoring, data collection and reporting, to name a few Initiates and leads specific programs, activities and projects assigned by the Senior Manager or Director of Wellness and Resiliency Designs and facilitates more advanced (i.e., leadership, customized) wellness sessions, outreach programs and activities that support monthly programming Collaborates with other professionals, conducts research and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needs Proactively checks‑in with Leaders and Teammates and invites them to individual coaching or group sessions in person, by phone, via email, or video platforms Provides individual and group coaching sessions using prescribed approach, and following the ICF Core Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics Partners in the creation and implementation of individual action plans Evaluates data and checks in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of their achievement of their set goals Schedules and conducts regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions and is assigned more complex coaching issues by the Senior Manager or Director Creates and organizes confidential client files including intake and session documentation Collaborates with other professionals and utilizes critical thinking skills and knowledge to address client needs Assesses for emergency/crisis needs and ensures safety planning with the clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionals Reports accurate and consistent data following designed processes and using prescribed tools Attends activities and completes all development programs and training sessions required by the department and the company Required Qualifications Graduate of a 4‑year college course in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracks; Experience in Resiliency Planning techniques that are science‑backed, evidence‑based, and proven to drive Resiliency Fortitude Ability to identify, assess and report in a timely manner on new and emerging risks Ability to define current operational resilience and tolerance to emerging risks Ability to prioritize risks, through engagement with the relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations on response plans Knowledge and capability to design and implement programs that can build daily habits in employees that will have lasting positive effects Expertise in building a strong support system with proven techniques and actionable guidelines – to help employees stay on top of their game Excellent collaborator; able to quickly adapt to changes; approachable; and an excellent influencer Thirst for new knowledge – staying up‑to‑date in the latest coaching & resiliency trends, attending regular workshops and seminars, administering & reviewing resiliency assessments, and has regular access to professional publications while being active in professional societies Previous experience in Career Counseling and Coaching within a large community or organization Strong communication (written and verbal), leadership and partnership working skills Problem‑solving, thinking creatively, and decision‑making skills Ability to deliver at pace, multi‑task and manage pressing deadlines How We Partner To Protect You TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any form of payment in order to proceed with your application.
