About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified
Mental Health Counselor
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in providing mental health support within a
corporate environment
, helping employees manage stress, build resilience, and foster overall well-being in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions for employees
  • Develop and implement mental health and wellness programs tailored to corporate needs
  • Conduct psychological assessments and prepare reports when needed
  • Collaborate with HR and management to address workplace mental health concerns
  • Offer crisis intervention and guidance as necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all counseling activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Must be a
    licensed psychometrician or psychologist
    in the Philippines
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in a corporate or organizational setting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Empathetic, professional, and proactive approach to mental health support
