Instructional Designer – Exams Officer Location : Makati City, Metro Manila Employment type : Permanent Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time (overlaps with UK operating hours) Hybrid work environment : Two days a week in office Pay range : Php 33,000 to 43,000 Join Cambridge University Press & Assessment , a global academic publisher and assessment organization affiliated with the University of Cambridge. We are looking for an experienced instructional designer to develop and improve our global training program for exams officers. Why Cambridge? Respond to customer and colleague queries about training via Zendesk. Review participant engagement and feedback to improve training offer. Collaborate with team members to create training content and support workload. Proactively manage personal development and knowledge of training technology. Qualifications Essential : Proficient in LMS such as Moodle and Blackboard, including CSS coding, H5p, and Articulate 360. Minimum of 1 year experience in instructional design, building and developing training courses. Strong storyboarding and analysis using the ADDIE model. Strong creativity, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and adaptable to challenges. Desirable : Knowledge of the exams officer role. Awareness of the global education sector and contextual factors affecting awarding organizations. Additional Requirements Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
