Technical Architect - Master Data Management (MDM) Define the technical architecture for MDM systems, including data models, workflows, and integration frameworks. Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and ETL processes to support data flow and synchronization. Oversees initiatives for improving data management processes. Collaborate with data stewards and governance teams to ensure MDM solutions meet compliance requirements. Monitor and optimize MDM system performance, including scalability, throughput, and response times. Support data governance model that will establish and document data creation, update guidelines and decision rights Evaluate and recommend MDM tools, technologies, and enhancements to meet organizational needs. Maintain comprehensive documentation for MDM system architecture, configurations, and processes. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Business Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and governance concepts to senior leadership. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere) and associated technologies. Analytical Skills: Problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to handle complex situations as necessary Teamwork: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for working in cross-functional teams. Qualifications Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere) and related technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work across cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders and senior leadership.
