Job Overview We are seeking a Project Architect (Master Planning) to lead and manage large‑scale projects from concept through implementation. This role requires strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines including urban planning, sustainability, engineering, and GIS analysis. The ideal candidate is passionate about shaping livable, climate‑responsive, and community‑driven spaces. Experience or interest in urban design, hospitality, and mixed‑use developments is a strong advantage, along with a sustainability‑focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural and master planning projects from concept design to construction documentation and implementation. Develop design strategies, presentations, reports, and technical drawings in alignment with client goals and project vision. Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across various disciplines including Urban Planning and Sustainability. Use spatial planning tools and GIS‑based analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making in site development. Contribute to the design and development of master plans for mixed‑use, institutional, hospitality, and community‑based projects. Conduct site inspections and participate in project reviews during construction phases. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, zoning ordinances, and internal quality standards. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and coordination workflows to meet high‑performance outcomes. Qualifications Licensed Architect in the Philippines. At least 3 years of experience in architectural design, project coordination, or master planning. Experience in large‑scale developments, urban design, or hospitality planning is highly preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of ArchiCAD is a plus. Familiarity with GIS tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS) and spatial data analysis is a strong advantage. Solid understanding of sustainable planning and design principles. BERDE or LEED accreditation is an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
