Responsibilities

  • Oversees security operations across multiple client sites within a designated geographic area.
  • Security staff are effectively managed and deployed.
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day security operations across assigned sites.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations.
  • Manage security officers and site supervisors.
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies; provide detailed reports and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
  • EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor\'s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or related fields. (Equivalent experience may substitute)
  • Security Officer Licensed/Certified Security Profession is required.
  • EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in security management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Valid Security Officer license and driver\'s license.
  • Military, law enforcement, or corporate security background.
  • Certifications in security management.
  • Knowledge of surveillance systems, access control, and incident management software.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours when required.
