Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and management of all marketing initiatives to strengthen Pieni Surfaces' position as a leading supplier of premium specialty finishes from Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong brand-building skills, an eye for design and aesthetics, and a deep understanding of the local construction, interior design, and architecture market in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing & Brand Management Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets. Strengthen brand presence for our European specialty finish brands in the Philippine market. Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all platforms and materials. Campaign Development & Execution Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and product launches tailored to architects, designers, contractors, and developers. Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, website content, and email marketing. Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing tools, presentations, and technical product materials. Market Research & Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Conduct customer and market research to guide marketing strategies and product positioning. Event & Partnership Management Organize participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Build and maintain relationships with design associations, developer groups, and media partners. Budget & Performance Management Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns. Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing. Strong understanding of B2B marketing and premium/luxury brand positioning. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
