Job Summary:

Join our team as an Oracle Delivery Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the seamless delivery of Oracle-based solutions across our global centers. This is an opportunity to leverage your deep Oracle expertise and leadership skills to drive complex programs and inspire high-performing teams in a hybrid, dayshift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery operations for our Oracle Practice, ensuring consistent project excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Manage, mentor, and empower cross-functional teams of Oracle professionals across various delivery sites.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for offshore delivery, fostering strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, operational standards, and governance frameworks within the Oracle practice.
  • Drive optimal resource allocation, monitor KPIs, and ensure exceptional team performance.
  • Champion advancements in Oracle technologies and lead initiatives for expanding practice capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business (Master’s or Oracle certification is a plus).
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 15 years dedicated to Oracle technologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Oracle ERP, Database Management, Fusion Middleware, Cloud Computing, and EPM.
  • Proven success managing large, cross-functional teams and delivering complex, global Oracle projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, written, and verbal communication skills—critical for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong background in offshore delivery models and resource optimization.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Legazpi Village, Makati City three times a week; dayshift.
  • Available to start within 60 calendar days after signing the job offer
