Work Schedule: Morning Shift Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines Roles and responsibilities: Provide Delivery Oversight across company Delivery centers for Oracle Practice, ensuring high-qualityservice delivery and client satisfaction. Supervise a multidisciplinary team of Oracle experts, including developers, consultants, analysts, andsupport staff. Build a strong team environment, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects, ensuring they meet clientrequirements, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Member Firms regarding offshore delivery operations. Ensure clear communication and strong relationships with Member Firms, addressing any concernsor issues promptly. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with deliverystrategies and outcomes. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize deliveryprocesses and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Ensure efficient resource allocation, utilization, and management within the center. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Master'sdegree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) preferred. Minimum of over 20 years of relevant experience. Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle technologies and solutions. Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex projects in an offshore deliverycenter or similar environment. Strong technical knowledge of Oracle products, including but not limited to Oracle ERP, OracleCloud, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle EPM. Experience working in a global delivery model and managing cross-functional, geographicallydispersed teams. Strong understanding of industry-specific business processes and how Oracle solutions can beapplied to enhance them. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
